69ph Terms and Conditions – Rules for Filipino Players

1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

3Age Verification

4Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits must come from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Depositing funds using accounts belonging to another person is prohibited. 69ph reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending verification that deposit and withdrawal methods belong to the same account holder.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same method used for the original deposit where possible. Before any withdrawal is processed, 69ph may require identity verification documents. This is a standard practice for player protection and anti-money laundering compliance.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. Standard withdrawals to GCash, Maya, and most Philippine bank accounts are typically processed within the same business day for verified accounts. Larger amounts may require additional processing time. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All transactions at 69ph are denominated in Philippine pesos (₱). There are no currency conversion fees for Philippine-based payment methods. If you deposit using an international card that involves a currency conversion, any applicable foreign transaction fees are charged by your card issuer, not by 69ph.

5Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered at 69ph are subject to specific terms including a wagering requirement, a list of eligible games, a minimum qualifying deposit amount, an expiry date, and in some cases a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings derived from bonus funds.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Activities that constitute bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering on opposite outcomes of the same event to neutralise risk, using any automated system or software to claim or wager bonuses, and any coordinated activity between multiple players to exploit promotional terms.

Any account found to be abusing bonuses at 69ph will have the relevant bonus funds voided. Repeat offences may result in permanent account suspension.

5.4 Promotion Changes

69ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonus terms that are in force when you opt into a promotion will apply for the duration of that bonus's active period.

6Game Rules and Fair Play

Every game available at 69ph — including all Slots, JILI Slots, Jackpot Slots, Color Game, Sabong, Poker, Virtual Sports, and any other title — operates according to its own specific game rules. These rules are accessible through the game's information or help section before you place any bet.

All game outcomes at 69ph are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been audited by independent testing laboratories. 8Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 69ph

69ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion if it determines that the account holder has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, or poses a risk of harm to the platform or its users.

In cases where an account is suspended for violation of these terms, any balance held in the account — including winnings — may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. 69ph will communicate the reason for suspension to the account holder where disclosure does not compromise an ongoing investigation.

8.2 Self-Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 69ph account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any outstanding real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your nominated payment method following standard verification procedures. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be voided upon account closure.
